Applications for Course Approval

Effective January 1, 2013

All new approved Continuing Education Courses and all new approved Qualifying Education Courses will have expiration dates. Please be advised the course approval letter that will be sent to you will reflect the expiration dates for these courses. Expiration dates are as follows:

Continuing Education: All courses will expire within one (1) year of the approval date. Exception: If you have previously been approved to teach the 2012-2013 15-Hour National USPAP Course or the 2012-2013 7-Hour National USPAP Update Course, the course approval will not expire until December 31, 2013.

Qualifying Education: All courses will expire within three (3) years of the approval date.

NOTE: We will no longer “package” the 150-Hour, the 200-Hour or the 300-Hour Qualifying Courses under one application. An application must be submitted for each individual Qualifying Course.

On-line Continuing Education: The expiration date will coincide with the AQB expiration date.

Effective January 1, 2014

Previously approved Continuing Education and Qualifying Education: All previously approved courses submitted before January 1, 2013, will expire on December 31, 2013. In order for these courses to be reapproved, new course applications must be submitted the Board.

NOTE: When submitting applications for course approval, please keep in mind applications MUST be received by the Board at least thirty (30) days prior to the offering of the course. Failure to do so will result with the application being denied. This will be strictly enforced.
