CLASSROOM EDUCATION COURSES

● Of the fourteen (14) hours required to renew your appraiser license or apprentice permit, a minimum of seven (7) hours MUST be classroom hours. Continuing Education courses must be approved by our Board.

● An apprentice or appraiser must wait 3 years before retaking a course or seminar. The only exception is the 7-Hour National USPAP Update Course. This course can be taken each year. IMPORTANT: You must meet the federal requirement that states the 7-Hour National USPAP Course must be taken every two years.
