INSTRUCTOR: Paul David Brown, Jr.  ~  Mr. Brown is a Certified General Appraiser, licensed in Kentucky and West Virginia, as well as a Kentucky Real Estate Principal Broker. He is an Appraisal Qualification Board National Certified USPAP instructor and a graduate of Eastern Kentucky University. His professional appraisal experience includes a variety of work in areas such as bank consulting and regulatory policy assistance, conventional appraisal, environmentally impacted property and legal consultation and litigation. His clients include the US Army Corps of Engineers, banks, city and county governments, CSX Railroads, Equitable Gas Company, national hotels and restaurants, regional hospitals, Schlumberger and the Veterans Administration. Mr. Brown is President, CEO, Principal Broker and Senior Appraiser of Redd, Brown & Williams Real Estate Services, with office locations in Paintsville, Pikeville, Prestonsburg and Louisa, Kentucky.

March 14, 2014Appraisal Adjustment Development & Support Methodology

Cost: $150.00

 

The course provides regulatory compliant adjustment development and support based upon regulatory accepted appraisal methodology. The class provides the methodology and mechanics appraisers must have to be USPAP compliant, as well as providing practical application of appraisal adjustment and support applicable to most basic appraisal assignments. March 15, 2014: 2014-2015 National USPAP Update Course

Cost: $200.00 (includes USPAP book and student manual)

 

The course focuses on changes to USPAP for 2014 and 2015 and on appraisal issues that affect daily appraisal practice.

 

Seating is limited. The course registration form and fee must be received before a seat will be reserved.

 

The classes will be held in the newly remodeled Conference Room across from the Board’s office at 2110 Kanawha Boulevard, East. There is free parking at the rear of the building.
